  • Observed drained oatmeal, a cup, scrubbie, being stored in the hands sinks in establishment (in front, in back, and by three compartment sink). Ensure that hand sinks are kept free for proper use. Hand sinks should only be used for hand washing purposes.
  • Hand sink in front kitchen area is not providing hot water reaching up to 100 degrees fast enough. Inspector ran water but no change in temperature. Manager stated hot water is taking more than one minute to reach to proper temperatures of 100 degrees F. Hand sink in storage room area by three compartment sink was turned off due to battery not working for sensor. Ensure that all hand sinks are easily accessible and are able to reach up to 100 degrees F for proper hand washing procedures.
  • -Ice machine panel inside, had mold debris accumulation. Ensure to thoroughly clean and properly sanitize surface to remove buildup. -Observed clean dishes, bottles, utensils, being stored in bin, that had much debris from muffin crumbs, etc. Ensure that if dishware, utensils are clean , that they are stored on a clean, dry, and sanitized surfaces.

  • Observed employee drinking while preparing and packaging sandwiches. Employee threw cup away and proceeded to continue preparing foods. Ensure that hand washing is prepared each time a task is changed.
  • Drinking is not allowed near food and food contact surfaces. Observed Dasani bottle labeled " do not touch" to be stored on top rack next to salads, parfaits, etc. Ensure that all personal beverages are stored in an area away from food and food contact surfaces that are used for service of customers.
  • Observed package of raw bacon being stored on rack above packages of pancakes. Observed Broken raw egg (out of shell) being stored next to open container of individually wrapped taquitos. Ensure that all raw products are stored in an area away from ready to eat foods.
  • Hand sink next to three compartment sink in back area was not properly working. Water did not seem to be available. Hand sink in front area did not have have hot water immediately available. Ensure that hand sink is corrected to have hot water reaching up to 100 degrees F.
  • Observed ice machine panel to be dirty with mold debris. Ensure to thoroughly clean and properly sanitize panel, in order to avoid contamination of ice. Observed clean utensils being stored in plastic bins, to have much debris build up in containers. Ensure that containers are cleaned and sanitized to prevent contamination.

  • No paper towels at front hand sink. Manager had employee correct immediately. Ensure to have paper towels available at all hand sinks.
