Observed tongs used for pigs feet in vinegar, and pickles, being stored in standing water. Tongs should be stored only on a dry, clean, and sanitized surfaces. If going to be stored in water, water must be running.

- Observed tongs, used for pickle dispensing by customers, to be sitting in a container of water. Ensure to properly wash utensils in three compartment sink and properly sanitize utensils used by customer self service. Ensure that if utensils are to be rinsed after each use, that it not be standing water, water should be running to prevent any bacterial growth and contamination in between servings.
