  • Cubed ice bagged on site and set out for retail self serve customer access must have proper labeling on each bag of ice in retail merchandiser.
  • Hand soap and disposable paper towels need to be provided at both the ice machine and restroom hand washing sinks at all times of operation.
  • Drain lines from the cubed ice machine and hot water heater unit are currently plumbed to drain into the sanitizing sink of the 3 compartment sink, located next to cubed ice machine unit. These drain lines need to be properly plumbed away from 3 compartment sink.
  • Replace damaged ice scoop. Currently it is cracked, making it difficult to wash and sanitize.
  • Need to store customer self serve pickle tongs on a clean, non absorbent surface or container.
  • Need to seal or paint the raw wooden shelving inside the locked beverage storage cage.

  • Ensure ice scoop handle is in good repair. Observed tape on handle making it difficult to properly clean and sanitized as needed.
