- Observed dirty cloth towel in hand sink in front kitchen area. Ensure that hand sinks are only used for hand washing. Items should not be rinsed out in hand sinks, only for hand washing. Items should not be stored in hand sinks, in order to prevent cross contamination.
- Hand sink in back area, did not have cold water readily available. Manager stated cold water had been turned off, due to leak. Ensure to always have cold and hot water at all hand sinks to ensure proper handwashing procedures are followed.

Observed hand towel set on top of tongs stored in a metal bin in front serving line area. Towels, when used, should be immediately stored in sanitizing solution to prevent any bacterial growth and cross contamination with food and food contact surfaces. Corrected on site.
- Observed clean dishes/utensils being stored in containers, with pooling water and food debris on them. Ensure to air dry all dish ware prior to storing in order to prevent standing water.
