- 229.163 (n) (1) eat.drink.smoke. Observed employee drink on/near food service line. Ensure employee drinks are kept below and away from food prep areas as discussed.

Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, PHF foods held for more then 24 hrs. shall have a consume-by-date. The day of preparation shall be counted as day 1. - 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Observed milk that had been dumped in bus area hand wash sink. Ensure this sink is used for handwashing only.

- 229.165 (k) (14) (D)other solution. Mechanical dishwasher was not testing correctly on test strips. Quat conc. was below 200. Employee noticed that one of the solution bottles was empty. Once replaced, quat conc. was at 400 ppm. Ensure mechanical washer is washing, rinsing and sanitizing correctly at all times.
