- Evidence of rodents found in establishment. Ice chest where large pot of barbacoa was stored was found with much rodent feces inside. Barbacoa (20lb) was voluntarily denatured and disposed of. Establishment must use clean and sanitized ice chests to transport foods. Establishment must contact licensed pest control company to take care of rodents and must present receipt at time of next inspection.
