- 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Observed red icee in the hand sink during inspection. Hand sink is for hand washing only.
- Several dented can of product such as tomato sauce etc. were observed during inspection. Damaged foods, heavily rim or seam dented canned foods should be removed from the shelf.
- Hand wash stations in the bakery and meat market were not reaching proper hand washing temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures ranged from 66-69 degrees Fahrenheit. hand wash sinks must be in compliance and reach at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cheese open case in front of the meat market has thermometers that are not properly calibrated and reading the correct temperature. One thermometer read 70 and the temperature was at 41.9. Ensure thermometers are working properly.
- Food establishment permit and inspection report are not posted. Ensure both are posted in a conspicuous place. Inspection report must be in customer view.

- Observed heavily dented cans on the shelf and opened packages. Damaged foods, heavily rim or seam dented canned foods or without the manufacturer label should be removed from the shelf. Open packages should be removed as well.
- 229.166 (f) (4) air gap 2x. Observed pipe attached to the 3 compartment sink in the bakery touching the floor drain. There must be an air gap between the water supply inlet and the flood level rim of the plumbing fixture, equipment, or nonfood equipment not at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and may not be less than 25 mm (1 inch).
- Observed a bottle of chemical hanging in the meat cutting room that did not have a label on it. All toxic items or potentially toxic chemical items should be labeled.
- Thermometer in the two of the deli open coolers were not reading an accurate and actual temperature of the cooler. One cooler was showing a reading of 70 degrees F and the other cooler was reading -40 degrees F. Temperature of coolers were between 40-43 degrees F.
- Ice machine had mold growth on the lip surface inside of the machine. All food contact surfaces should be clean and sanitized.
- Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Previous inspection repprt was not posted and most current food permit was not dispalyed. Post most recent graded inspection report in customer view.

- 229.166 (f) (4) air gap 2x. Observed two pipes coming out of side wall in Cafe, one pipe leading directly into floor drain. Pipe does need to be air gaped at least 2 inches or twice the diameter of the pipe.
- 229.168 (c) (2) toxics above items. Do not store cleaners directly over clean dishes, and utensils. Inside cafe, board cleaner was being stored directly over clean dish rack.
