Items in the walkin refrigeration unit measured 52 degrees Fahrenheit. The ambient temperature in the walkin was 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Manager stated that the walkin refrigerator temperature was checked when they opened at 8 am. The temperature in the refrigeration unit was 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The maintenance was called to repair the unit. Discard the items in the walkin if repairs are not made by 2 PM.
