Inspector encoutered drain line of front hand sink leaking at joints and not draining content into approved sewer system. Water leaking from malfunctioning drain lines leaking onto floor and causing a health and safety issue. Repairs to be made immediately by licensed plumber 229.166 (i) (5) (A)plumbing repairs. ICE MACHINE WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING FROM DRAIN LINE AND OTHER AREAS ALONG THE BOTTOM EXTERIOR. IN ADDITION, PVC DRAIN LINE LOCATED ALONG BOTTOM EXTERIOR DOES NOTN PROPERLY ALLIGN AND DRAIN INTO APPROVED SEWER SYSTEM BUT LEAKS ONTO FLOOR. ALSO, MOLD WAS OBSERVED GROWING ON SURFACE OF SAID DRAIN LINE AND ALONG BOTTOM EXTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE.
