- Several red buckets of sanitizing solution was stored on shelves next to clean wares, such as, between components of shredder and bowls, stored metal pans, etc. *Store all toxic chemicals away from food, clean wares or other items needing protection.
- Inverted metal pans/trays stored under preparation table with visible accumulation of debris on edges and observed broken lid held together with masking tape for bulk container of powdered milk. *Store all wares clean and replace broken lid.
