- Observed eggs over milk containers in reach in cooler. Food must be protected from contamination by separating raw animal foods during holding, storage and preparation from ready to eat foods by using separate equipment, arranging foods so that contamination is not possible or preparing foods at different times in separate areas.
- Owner stated that pizza toppings are kept for up to 15 days, then placed back in freezer when not in use. All toppings that are opened from prepackage items must be date labeled once opened from the package. After 7 days, food item must be discarded.
- Ensure that soap and paper towels are available at hand sink in restroom.
- Ensure that all spray bottles have labels with common name.

- At time of inspection, cold hold unit in front area, mini-fridge for chocolate milk, and walk in cooler did not have thermometers. Ensure all cold hold units are equipped with a thermometer.
- Observed a cardboard box being used to store coffee cups and lids by coffee machine. Ensure a smooth, easily cleanable, non-abosrbant container is used.
