- Observed peppers and bay leaves in zip lock bags without any labels. Owner provided reciepts from an approved source for foods without labels. A food manufacturer's license must be obtained in order to buy food and resale in smaller portions. - Found fresh and dried herbs and seeds in grocery bags and ziploc bags in store. Bags were sitting on boxes and in reach in coolers. Per store owner the products came from a nonlicensed private residence. Products were condemned. All food/grocery products must come from an approved source.
- Papayas in reach in were moldy. Spotted Featherback Fishmeat in broken plastic containers wrapped in plastic bags were found in freezer. All food items must be in sound condition.
