- Soda nozzles are very dirty caked with black mold around rims. Soda nozzles must be clean and sanitized on a regular basis.

- RIC near fryers temperature at 55F. Discarded Hot Dogs.Do not use RIC until unit has been serviced. Take a temperature logs of RIC until follow up is conducted.

- Water not turned on at front handsink. All handsinks must have hot and cold running water at all times. Temperature must reach 100F.
- No paper towels at handsinks in kitchen or in men's restoom.Supply all handsinks with adequate amount of disposable paper towels.
- No Certified Food Manager on site at time of inspection. Ensure a cerfitied food manager is on site at all times and this may require more than one person with certification.
- Clean and sanitize inside of the 3 compartment sink. Ensure all food contact surfaces and items are clean and sanitized to sight and touch. Wipe down all stainless steel surfaces in front area and clean the cup slider above the soda fountain.
- License posted expires 5/10. Most curent food inspection not located and not in the viewing public.
