  • Make sure all employee drinks are in a clean cup with a lid and straw and stored away from any food items. Observed one sport type squeeze bottle laying on a cardboard case of produce.
  • Do not store engine oil next to any pallets of produce. Observed several jugs of motor oil on cement ledge along dock, next to a pallet of raw onions.
  • Make sure a working and visable thermometer is available in large walk-in cooler unit where eggs are staged prior to distribution. Observed no visable thermometer in egg cooler at time of inspection (temperature was verified by inspector to be below 45 degrees F.).

  • 229.167 (e) (2) no soap.
  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels.
  • 229.166 (g) (3) mop sink. Mop sink must be installed and plumbed to hot and cold running water. Follow up. September 24th. No expections. Have a plumber properly install your sink into the sanitary sewer system. **Cooler leaking at condesation line. Remove all product from under line. Investigate and correct. Follow up September 24th.
