  • Employee found eating or chewing while in the food service line. Employee found drinking from a closed beverage container in a manner that contaminates exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and unwrapped single-service items.* must store all employee drinks away from food areas.
  • No soap at the hand washing sink.

  • Soda syrup residue on soda dispinsers & nozzles. Clean and sanitize all equipment to be used for food storage, prep, or service.

  • Observed numerous containers and open packages of potentially hazardous foods, that are out of their original containers, in the large walk/reach in cooler; none of which contain a proper label. Recommend to label all open items with the following information as required by the Texas Food Regulation: Name of food item, Date of preparation, and Use by Date; or write a HACCP Date Label SOP to use the Day Dot 3 or 5 or 7 day labeling system.
  • Observed numerous fruit/drain flies in all floor drains and flying thought facility. Recommend to clean drains out, place on a master cleaning schedule, and contact a licensed Pest Control Operator for assistance.
  • Observed no visible thermometers in any of the coolers, hot holding, and cold holding units. Recommend to install a thermometer inside all coolers, cold holding units, and hot holding units, in addition to the outside installed thermometer.
  • Observed ice scoops laying on dirty non-food contact surface. Recommend to wash, rinse, and sanitize the scoop; and to store either in the ice with the handle up or in it’s holder o the outside of the ice machine.
  • Most recent graded inspection report must be posted in customer view. Need NAME CHANGE. FOOD REMIT HAS EXPIRED.
