- Provide for runng hot water at all faucets. DO NOT PERFORM ANY OPEN FOOD HANDLING ACTIVITES such bagging of ice, preparing coffee and selling pickles, etc. until hot water becomes available.
- Hand wash stations have no paper towels.
- Install a thermometer in the cooler storing potentially hazardous foods (burritos, sandwiche, etc).
- Clean and sanitize inside the ice machine. Clean and sanitize tongs for pickles daily.
