  • Evidence of insects observed.(gnats and flies) Insects in establishment and no bait stations or other control devices used. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means. Provide proper measures/methods to control and minimize presence of pests. (extermination services)

  • Ch 13, Art IV, section 13-112(a)(1) and (2) CFM. A food establishment shall employ at least one person assigned to each shift of twelve (12) or fewer hours who: (1) Meets the "person in charge" definition found in the Texas Food Establishment Rules; and (2) Has a valid and current food manager's certificate issued by the director. Manager must show proof of Food Manager Certification. Once a valid Food Manager's certification is obtained, proceed to 1901 S. Alamo (DBSC) Health Department desk to purchase ($15.45) a Metro Health ID.

  • Provide for runng hot water at all faucets. DO NOT PERFORM ANY OPEN FOOD HANDLING ACTIVITES such bagging of ice, preparing coffee and selling pickles, etc. until hot water becomes available.
  • Hand wash stations have no paper towels.
  • Install a thermometer in the cooler storing potentially hazardous foods (burritos, sandwiche, etc).
  • Clean and sanitize inside the ice machine. Clean and sanitize tongs for pickles daily.
  • The most recent graded inspection report must be posted in public view.
