Bartender seen touching face and personal items and then making drinks without washing hands in between tasks. Employees must follow proper handwashing procedure in between tasks by washing with soap and hot water for 20 seconds and drying hands with a paper towel. 1. Ice scoop must be stored handle-up with handle or other area that touches hands not making contact with ice. 2. Popcorn found stored directly on ground. All food items must be stored at least 6" of floor. Rodent droppings found in liquor storage area. All areas must be cleaned and sanitized and all food products found contaminated with rodent droppings must be discarded. Establishment does not have mopsink to dispose of mopwater. Mopsink must be installed and all wastewater properly disposed of into sanitary sewer system. All mopwater should be disposed of in toilet until mopsink can be installed.
