- 1) IMPROPER USE OF IN USE UTENSILS: USE ONLY PROPERLY DESIGNED AND DESIGNATED DISPENSING UTENSILS FOR THE MEASURING AND DISPENSING OF FOOD AND FOOD INGREDIENTS. -Inspector found plastic glass in bulk sugar container being used for dispensing of said food. Food contaminated by food employees, consumers or other persons through contact with their hands, bodily discharges or nasal or oral discharges, or other means shall be discarded.
