    Observed cold holding case thermometer at 45 F. Observed fresh cut fruit and container of cottage cheese at 54-57 F. Ensure all potentially hazardous food below 41 F or above 135 F. Corrected on site. See VC&D. Operator states they will use reach in cooler behind counter to store potentially hazardous foods until case is repaired. Fax copy of repair paperwork to 760-995-8170.
