    Observed maximum warm water in womens restroom faucet of 78 degrees.

    Maintain a minimum warm water of 100 degrees in all handwash sinks.

    Observed temperture of grated cheese at 57 degrees, sliced cheese and chopped/sliced tomatores at 46 degrees in walk in coler just recently prepared.

    Maintain cold holding temperatures of potentially hazardous foods at 41 degrees or below. Corrected, grated cheese was put in a more shallow stainless steel container.
