    Observed an ice machine at the bar with no lid, build-up around the blower within, and water/condensation leaking into the ice box, but still being used to store ice (from a separate soda machine). Immediately cease using the machine that would be in contact with the ice for public consumption, until it can be repaired with a lid, cleaned, sanitized, and condensation does not flow back into the box. Corrected (owner stopped storing ice for consumption in this machine and only use only the one at the soda machine)
