    Fungi/mold was observed by the EHD accumulating at the drain pipe for the three compartment sink at the bar. Clean and sanitize routinely. Correct by 4/7/2015

    Details:
    Ceiling area(s) at the walk-in are deteriorating and in disrepair. Repair all areas by 4/7/2015. Paint areas with a semi-gloss water resistant paint that is easily cleanable. Correct by 4/7/2015. The freezer unit in the walk-in has accumulated food debris on the flooring and the outside doors of the unit are sticky. Clean and sanitize routinely. Correct by 4/7/2015. Glass doors at bar area at glass storage are cracked and in disrepair. Replace/repair by 4/7/2015. Tape is not acceptable.

    CO2 tanks are not chained and secured to a wall or permanent fixture. Secure routinely.

    All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces.     The light bulb in the walk-in is not shatter-proof. Install a light cover or install a light bulb that is shatter-proof by 4/7/2015.

    Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases, heat, grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6" beyond all cooking equipment. All areas shall have sufficient ventilation to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window, an air shaft, or a light-switch activated exhaust fan, consistent with local building codes.
