- Upon inspection today, there is no new evidence of rodent activity. The two 2-door reach-in refrigerators have dried rodent droppings behind them. Pull the refrigeration units back from the wall and remove droppings, debris, etc. Correct by 2 days. Continue to monitor facility for new rodent activity. Recommendation: place glue boards or snap traps along the walls (behind the refrigeration units) for daily monitoring. ***A copy of a recent pest control report is not available on site this date. - No live cockroaches were observed this date. Observed one dead juvenile on the wall between the 3-comp sink and the 1 comp prep sink. Employee states that she has recently seen both adult and juvenile cockroaches in the facility. Continue to treat for cockroaches using only commercial grade /food safe products. Observed fresh rodent droppings in the facility on top of an ice cream cone box, behind the 2-door Snapple True refrigerator, behind the 2-door Hussman refrigerator, to the left of the water heater, on top of the water heater, under the 3-comp sink, and behind the prep table. Clean up rodent droppings, eliminate entry points (ceiling and wall holes), clean and sanitize areas today. Contract with a licensed pest control company for monthly (or more frequent) service. An invoice or service contact will be required for proof of correction. Contact pest control company immediately for the elimination of rodents and cockroaches.

It is recommended that your facility contract with a licensed pest control company (including but not limited to: Clark, Delk, Terminix, etc.) to perform service.
