- Comment:
- staff stated the rice was taken out of refrigerator this morning at around 9:30am, and will be placed in heat-hold table before serving (measured to be 196 F). Store potentially hazardous food (PHF) 41 F or below or 135 F and above. Observed rice placed back into refrigerator. Reminded staff the cooked rice after cooling must be reheated to at least 165 F before serving.
