Per Jeff Rowe (Area Coach) will be sending proof of certifications to lmedina@sjcehd.com A Food Manager certification (FMC) is absent for this facility. Food Manager certificates cannot be shared between facilities. One person shall be Food Manager certified within 60 days and/or by 5/20/2015. Failure to provide a current FMC warrants a re-inspection. with a fee of $130.00.

Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window, an air shaft, or a light-switch activated exhaust fan, consistent with local building codes.
