ITEM #6: Observed hand wash station in rear filled with equipment / bottle of soap. Handwash stations shall be used only for handwashing purposes only as misuse will contribute to cross-contamination issues.
ITEM #21: Observed cooked meat maintaining holding temperatures between 105-120 F in steam unit. Hot holding of PHF items shall be maintained at or above 135 F.
NOTE: Person holding food certification, Ascani Odiot, not onsite at time of inspection. As per North Plainfield BOH Ordinance, employee with certification shall be onsite during operating hours to supervise food handler employees.
