- No thermometer present in the freezer holding burger. All cold holding units must have thermometers. Replace.
- Observed employee improperly washing their hands. She put on soap first, not water, then only scrubbed for a couple of seconds. Inspector had employee rewash hands. Train all employees about proper handwashing, emphasizing how long it should take total. Provide documentation of training to TCHD within 10 days.
- Observed masking tape used to repair counter located in drive thru. Masking is not an approved material for repair. Repair or replace.
- Observed labels beginning to peel off of equipment such as the burger grill and hot holding units. Repair or replace. Observed holes located on counters in drive thru and cabinets below customer soda machines. Repair or replace. Observed damaged drawer that used to be cash register. If not being used, remove the damaged drawer or repair/replace if reusing. Observed electrical tape on ice drain line in drive-thru. Electrical tape is not an approved material for repair. Have licensed plumber repair the drain line properly.
- Observed build up of debris on fry utensil, in toaster oven, underneath toaster, around fries/onion rings holder, and on sides and top of fryers and grill. Wash, rinse, and sanitize.
- Observed build up of debris on shelving in dry storage, below soda machine in dining area, on rejuvenator piece in mop area, and on top of water heater. Wash, rinse, and sanitize.
- Observed several dead and alive crickets throughout facility. Per manager, pest management company has been contacted. Clean areas to be able to better monitor pests in future.
- Observed broken coving to the right of ice machine. Repair.
- Observed visible debris build up on floor throughout facility, especially beneath equipment, under cabinets such as in dining area and cabinets in kitchen, in corners of facility, and around stationary equipment. Clean routinely.
- Observed ceiling tiles broken above electrical tower in kitchen and above ice machine. Repair or replace.
- Observed vent covers in kitchen area had visible build up of debris. Clean routinely.
- Observed walls behind equipment had visible build up of debris. Clean routinely.
- Observed multiple damaged light shields in kitchen area. Repair or replace.
- Light in walk-in refrigerator is broken. Repair or replace to provid adequate lighting.
- Observed unused, broken equipment stored in dry storage area and near dumpsters. Per manager, she is waiting on someone to come take them. All unnecessary items must be removed from the facility.
