- Observed employee washing hand in 1-compartment food prep sink
- There is handwash sink immediately to right of this sink
- When there is a sink designated for specifically for handwashing, there is where employees must wash their hands
- Handwash cleanser and single-use paper towels must be used
- Handwash sink next to 3-compartment sink is lacking paper towel dispenser and paper towels
- Restroom handwash sink must be equipped with pump soap dispenser and liquid handsoap (no bar soap)
- Provide handwash cleanser for soap dispenser at sink next to 3-part warewashing sink
- Food warmer is currently holding only chicken
- Temperature dials adjusted to bring temperature of chicken up to 135 degrees is proving unsuccessful
- Holding at 110 degrees
- Potentially hazardous foods must be held at 135 degees or above if hot holding
- Must reheat chicken that is left in microwave to 165 degrees or above before serving
- Do not place any more PHF in warmer until temperature problem is solved
- Observed multiple food containers and lids to be soiled with food and debris
- Observed cutting board in kitchen area to be unsanitary
- Keep all food contact surfaces clean and sanitized
- Cutting boards must be replaced if they cannot be resurfaced to be smooth again
- Soda nozzles also observed containing some substance
- Sanitize these regularly in water/bleach solution.
