- Staff must be trained in proper handwashing and minimizing barehand contact
- Observed no available single dispense paper towels at kitchen's handwash station
- Handwash station must be fully stocked with supplies at all times
- Observed raw eggs stored at room temperature for over 2 hours
- Raw eggs were discarded
- PHF if brought out of proper storage, can only be out no more than 2 hours for food preparation.

- Several food items had to be discarded during inspection because they were stored in danger zone temperatures, 42-134 degrees
- Sliced cheese, ham, roast beef, chicken, steaks and buttermilk discarded and adulterated with bleach for stored out of temperature and expired.
