- Improper hot and cold holding temperatures: Noted BBQ chicken 115 degrees, pork chops 123 degrees, pepperoni pizza 125 degrees, cold burritos and sandwiches 49 degrees
- Potentially hazardous foods shall maintain at all times hotter than 135 degrees or cold below 41 degrees
- The hot holding unit was in the process of warming up and during inspection the food reached 141 degrees
- Burritos and sandwiches were removed to another properly working unit
- Repair/replace refrigeration to maintain colder than 41 degrees
- Clean/sanitize and maintain: soda nozzles, cappuccino machine, remove accumulation food debris at floor sinks, excessive, of grease, at both hood filters, cooking equipment, dust/debris/mold inside walk-ins, all refrigeration shelvings, can opener, walk-in fans very dusty
- No hot water at ladies restroom
- Hot water knob is broken
- Repair
- Both hot and cold water shall be provided throughout facility.
