- Prepare sanitizer solution to store used wiping cloths and to sanitize utensils at two-compartment sink
- Noted numerous sticky fly strips all over facility and sticky roach traps at kitchen area, completely filled with dead flies
- Vermin pest control devices seem to be working
- Continue with pest control but sticky traps or fly strips must be placed away from food storage and preparation areas, and changed often to prevent further attraction
- Maintain entrance and exit doors closed.
