Reinspection was conducted on this date regarding the closure of this facility on 07/18/07 due to an infestation of cockroaches and mice I spoke with the owner and he stated that this facility was serviced by classic pest control on 07/19/07 The invoice was shown to me A treatment for cockroaches was done and traps were set for mice According to the owner, 8 mice were caught during the week prior to this The owner also stated that no additional mice have been caught over the weekend Also, there has been no evidence of mouse droppings An inspection was conducted at this facility No fresh droppings were observed Remove the old droppings from the storage area Three live adults cockroaches were observed from facility There are no traps present Traps must be set out routinely given the extent of this problem beyond this facility Given the above findings, this facility shall remain closed A second reinspection has been scheduled.	7/30/2007
