  • Minimum hot water temperature shall be 120 degrees

  • Elevate remaining bottom storage racks minimum of six inches above floor to facilitate adequate floor cleanings located in walk-in cooler

  • Secure CO2 cylinders.

  • Replace missing wall mounted soap and towel dispensers at employee handwash sink or adjacent to sink

  • Open foods are restricted from being sold until violation is corrected

  • Secure CO2 cylinders
  • 4
  • Remove accumulation of residue inside floor sink

  • Elevate bottom storage racks minimum of six inches above floor to facilitate adequate floor cleaning located in walk in cooler
  • Also remove accumulation of dirt and debris under shelves.
