Health permit restrictions are being violated by permit holder. Falafel is being fried in the establishment. Health permit /license states no frying and no grilling on the premises.
A one burner portable stove was observed in the facility and is being used for frying food for customers and to reheat employee food.
Person in charge of facility was scheduled for CFM conference to be held on May 12, 2009 at 9:00 am.
