EHS took internal temperatures of butter chips (45-51.8*) and whipped cream (45-46*). Advised staff to always take an internal food temperature to ensure cold held foods are delivered at or below 41*. At time of delivery, it was warm outside and temperatures of these products may have increased since foods unloaded and at ambient air temp until wheeled into food facility. Staff immediately began to put these foods in the walk-in cooler.
