Have the license holder require employees or applicants report to the person in charge any information about their health and activities if they are diagnosed with or had a past illness from Salmonella Typhi, Shigella spp., Escherichia coli O157:H7 or Hepatitis A virus. - 2000 C - Corrected During Inspection Single service items observed unprotected from contamination.
Store single service items in its original protective packaging or inverted in an approved dispenser.

- 0570 - Wiping cloths improperly stored between use.
Ensure wet wiping cloths are stored in a chemical sanitizer at the proper concentration between use. - 1320 - There was no temperature measuring device located in the large and small refrigerators.
Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature. - 1570 - Coffee grinder was observed in a condition that prevents necessary maintenance and easy cleaning.
Repair the coffee grinder to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the coffee grinder, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. - 1750 - Single-service items were observed reused for the grinding of coffee
Discontinue the reuse of single-use containers for grinding coffee. Provide approved reusable food storage containers designed for your food contact needs. - 2000 - Single service items observed unprotected from contamination.
Store single service items in its original protective packaging or inverted in an approved dispenser.
The facility appeared to be in good condition at the time of inspection. All food and equipment temperatures were within the proper ranges.
