Adjust the sanitizing solution to 200 parts per million or otherwise identified by manufacturer's recommendations.

Employees may drink from a closed beverage container if the container is handled to prevent contamination of (1) The employee's hands (2) The container and (3) Exposed food clean equipment, utensils, and linens and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. - 0960 2 - Bread rack observed used as shelving.
Remove bread crates from facility and replace with approved shelving. - 1510 - The person in charge could not provide a food temperature measuring device.
Obtain at least one food temperature measuring device so employees can properly monitor the temperature of food items in the establishment. - 1720 - A sanitizer test kit is not being used to ensure the chemical sanitizing solution(s) are at the proper concentration.

There is no prep sink in the kiosk for use as a dump sink. Keep the rinse sink of the three part clear and use as a dump sink. Keep hand sink clear and use for handwashing only.
Mop sink and restrooms provided by the office building.
Potable water supplied by the building, grey water to be dumped in mop sink.
Dry storage area and reach in units provided by the building.
Pre-packaged good and coffee only.
Approved for permit.
