1320 - There was no temperature measuring device located in the Hotpoint refrigerator. Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
1800 - The nonfood contact surface of the coils on refrigeration units, ice maker, and portable fan have heavy accumulations dust. Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of dust.

Recommend wire shelving at unfinished wall, a cart(s) in the dry storage area, a cart next to the long kitchen table, and a dunnage rack under the long table.
