Clean the ice machine to remove the pink mold growing inside.
Remember that gloves do not substitute or reduce the need for regular handwashing.
Discussed employee health policy and FDA code changes.
Do not leave food in the wells of the MUT cooler at night. Relocate items to a unit that definitely keeps food at or below 41°F.
Get thermometers to leave permanently in all cooling units.
