Comments:
Follow up to check on dishmachine and walk-in. Fan is now working in walk-in, however, temperatures are around 42 degrees. You need to continue to monitor food temperatures: hot dogs 42 degrees, green beans 41.8 degrees, cheese 43 degrees, pickles 42 degrees. Dishmachine is rinsing at 50 ppm. Corrections have begun. You may call for reinspection for permit renewal.
