Observation: Water from the handwashing sink in kitchen was measured at a temperature less than 100°F. There is an electrical issue where the ice machine and the hot water heater for the handsink cannot both be plugged in at the same time because both will not work.
Correction: Make necessary adjustments/repair equipment serving the handsink to provide water of at least 100°F to allow more effective removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.
