Comments:
Permit to operate has been issued. The facility has met the requirements as stated in the plan review letter. Ensure that food in cold holding is maintained at 41 degrees F. or less at all times. An employee health policy will be developed, information was left with the operators. Contact the health department prior to phase II construction.
