The present men's toilet room will be converted to storage room with ice machine. A new toilet room will be constructed.Present food prep area will not be changed. Outside room will eventually be converted to a room with a walk-in refrigerator. If remodelling is not completed within 30 days then a handbasin will temporarily be installed in outside room.
