Inspection to renew the Health Permit. PIC has received the payment invoice. Kitchen was not in full service (day before a company holiday). Also, much of the equipment was covered to keep it clean so a new ceiling can be installed over the holiday weekend. New tiles are the cleanable type approved for kitchen use.
