There were many violations observed. No certified manager available during inspection. It is a CITY OF VA BEACH ORDINANCE that an employee of the restaurant needs to be certified food manager and at establishment every operating hour of every operating day. More than one employee must be certified, especially if the one certified food manager has another job. A follow up will be conducted on Friday May 16, 2014 to ensure all violation corrected. If not corrected, a NOTICE OF ALLEGED VIOLATION proceeding will occur.
Establishment needs to keep door closed to eliminate flies around the food.
Handsink needs to be used by the cooks, especially after prepping raw meats, to ensure contamination is not occurring.
