The storage room is now the old mixing room and is maintained organized and clean. Additional improvements include: areas of the kitchen have been cleaned and organized, new cardboard boxes are being used for bread storage instead of raw chicken boxes, ready to eat food items are dated, shelves on the cookline have been lined with a cleanable surface, backflow preventer's are available where needed, the mop room has been cleaned and organized and the outside area has been straightened and many unused items have been removed.
