Discard the food at this time and ensure all commercially processed RTE food is served, sold or discarded by the ""consume by"" date after opening. Some harmful bacteria continue to grow even at refrigeration temperatures so limiting the amount of time in storage limits the amount of growth allowed for these bacteria.
Comments:
Facility is in the process of lining all the wooden shelves. New cook has been hired. The facility is required to have a Certified Food Manager (CFM). A copy of the brochure schedule was provided.

Facility is currently serving only provided meals and drinks from the children's homes. Kitchen is mainly used for church functions at this time. Facility will continue to be inspected every four months due to the staff are storing and reheating meals brought from the children's homes.

Facility still in the preparation stage. Has not yet opened for business. Inspection conducted with Pastor Taylor. No major sanitary violation noted. The following recommendations are made prior to opening: Repair torn screen(s) in the kitchen and adjacent area; remove old rodent droppings from under sink cabinets, and replace thermometers inside refrigeratgor. Pest control surveillance is being conducted by a certified pest control technician. No food in the refrigerator or in dry storage room. Will reinspect prior to opening.
