Owner shows good food knowledge asked about sanitizing cutting boards and tables between prepping different meats and vegetables. Using bleach as the sanitizer with wiping clothes and at the 3 vat sink when washing dishes. Recommend keeping a sanitizer bucket with wiping clothes made up if needed between jobs to spot clean.
