  • 0760 - Corrected During Inspection Critical The bar-b-que was not reheated in the microwave oven to a sufficient temperature and time to eliminate pathogenic bacteria. Temperature after reheating was 140F. Operator continued to heat the food until it reached 165F.
  • 0820 A 2 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Repeat Tomatoes (73F) and eggs (66F) were found at improper cold holding temperature. The eggs had been left out on the counter during breakfast service and then returned to the cooler. The tomatoes were held on the sandwich unit with no temperature control. The operator discarded the eggs and placed the tomatoes into an ice pan.
  • 1060 - The towels used to cover the top of the stove/grill are not smooth and nonabsorbent.
  • 1530 - There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the quaternary ammonium sanitizing solutions used in the front counter dish sinks.
  • 1700 - Corrected During Inspection Critical Quaternary Ammonium sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration. The concentration of sanitizer at the front counter dish sinks was<100ppm. Employees added additional sanitizer tablets until the concentration was correct.
  • 1770 C - There are heavy accumulations of dirt, debris and food spill on multiple nonfood-contact surfaces of the cooking equipment in the kitchen and other areas of the facility. The cooker for BBQ in the back room had accumulated grease and food spill which was nearly 5 days old.
  • 2000 - Clean utensils and equipment were found stored in bins and other locations which were not clean and had accumulations of dirt, debris, and food spill. Clean utensils and equipment must be protected from contamination after cleaning and sanitizing.
  • 2810 - The floor in the dry storage area is warped and pulling away from the wall. Also there is a hole in the floor around the drain. This floor is no longer smooth or easily cleanable.
  • 2890 - Repeat All of the light bulbs in the kitchen and prep areas are not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant.
  • 3020 - Corrected During Inspection Soap was not provided at all of the hand washing lavatories in the establishment. Operator placed soap at all sinks.
  • 3030 - Corrected During Inspection Repeat Disposable towels were not provided within easy reach of all handsinks. The operator placed towels at each handwashing station.
  • 3045 - A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not provided at all lavatories used by food employees.
  • 3180 - Repeat There are general accumulations of dirt, debris, and food spill throughout the facility. Nearly every wall, floor, or ceiling surface is in need of cleaning. Areas under and behind equipment show extremely high amounts of accumulated debris and food spill. These accumulations represent excellent harborage for insects, rodents, and other pests.
