- 1570 - 1)Line preparation refrigerator (against wall across from stove) was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged. Return complete function of this refrigerator to hold foods at 41 F or less. Potentially hazardous foods had been removed. 2) Gaskets for both 2 door reach-in refrigeration units on the hot preparation line observed torn and needing replacement or repair.
